What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably with tech roles.
✔ Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills (LinkedIn, job boards, tech communities, etc.).
✔ Proactive, independent, and results-driven mindset.
✔ Intermediate English is a plus (but not mandatory).

Compensation

Commission-based: you earn in USD for every result delivered.

Above-market average with strong earning potential.
